Founder and Senior Pastor of Covenant Blessings Ministries, located in Va. Beach, Va. Is a servant of the Lord.
He was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Va. He was saved at the early age of fifteen, and called into the
ministry at age sixteen. He graduated from Tomlinson College in Cleveland, TN, in the majors of Business
Administration and Religious Studies. After graduating, he ventured into full time ministry as a State
Evangelist for three years, in the church of God of Prophecy in the state of North Carolina. This gave him the
opportunity to travel throughout the country conducting revivals and crusades where hundreds of souls were saved.
He has also ministered internationally in the country of Jamaica. After marrying his beautiful God sent wife Juddel Parker, and having his first child a year later, he was appointed Associate Pastor in Springhope, NC. He is the founder and President of CAC (Covenant Alliance of Churches), an organization formed to
facilitate the needs of Pastors along with their spouses. Pastor Parker has two wonderful children, Caylisa
and Hakeem Parker. Pastor Parker's main focus is to bring balance to the people of God, teaching them how to
become whole in sprit, soul and body. His heart felt desire is to minister to the totality of humanity.
