Rev. Spratley was called into the Gospel Ministry in 1994,
and ordained in 1996. He served as pastor of the Mount Nebo Baptist
Church in Barhamsville, Virginia for 3 years. In 2004, Rev. Spratley
received the call to serve as pastor of the Rising Sun Baptist Church
in Yorktown, Virginia.
He is married to Wanda D. Spratley and they have 6 children and 4 grandchildren.
