Pastor E. D. Richardson is the Founding and Senior Pastor
of New Beginning Empowerment Church in Hampton, Virginia,
home of "The Empowerment Zone." His teaching and preaching
ministry is informative, challenging, thought provoking, and
filled with revelation of God's wisdom. He is a ministry trainer
and operates in the "Gifts-of-the-Spirit." Lives are constantly
being transformed to understand and fulfill God's purpose and plan
under his ministry.
He has established several ministries for the
benefit and enrichment of people in and out of the church. He is the
Founder and Executive Director of Intime Outreach, Inc., a Community
Development Corporation. He recently wrote his first book "Beyond The Vows"
a book that speaks to the trials that comes to marriages, and the love that
conquers those trials.
