Rev. Evangelist Iris F. Perkins serves as Leading Lady and as an ordained minister, of Shalom Baptist Church, where she assists her husband, Pastor Derrick Perkins, Sr. in ministry; they have two children, Derrick, Jr. and Aegious (A-G-US).
Rev. Perkins is the Executive Director of Iris Perkins Ministries, Inc. (IPM), a traveling ministry, assigned to help heal hurting women, young adults and children through practical preachment, salvation and deliverance. IPM also offers consulting and organizing services for start-up of Intercessory Prayer Groups, Worship & Praise Teams, Gift Analysis & Development, Evangelism Teams and Mentoring Circles, to further advance the Kingdom of God.
Rev. Perkins is an anointed vessel who is a strong intercessor, which preaches, teaches, and sings out of the flow of the prophetic in order to bring inner healing to all who receives. She is a gifted minister and is an accomplished soloist, pianist/organist, and the author of the book Deliver Me From..., a practical how-to book that shows a viable way to conduct self-deliverance from the strongholds that may hold an individual captive.
