Bishop Jerome Rogers is a Wilmington, N.C native. In 1994 with his with wife and children he founded The Strait Gate Deliverance Center located in Hampton Va., He would later form The Heart of God Ministries Incorporated and was appointed to the office of Bishop in the year 2000. Bishop Rogers is a Graduate of Saint Leo's University where He holds a B.A in Theology and is currently a student at Trinity Seminary of Indiana. He has been for filling his ministry calling for 34 years.
