Pastor Marcus E. Turner, Sr. is a native of Portsmouth, Virginia. In 1995, he relocated to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and joined Beulah Baptist Church of Deanwood Heights, as its Youth Minister and Assistant to Pastor Moses L. Jackson.
