Rev. Meoshia A. Sanders is truly an Ambassador for Christ. Her gifts of preaching, teaching, and praise dancing have allowed her to minister and touch the lives of many. The foundational passage that summarizes her ministry is taken from 1 John 4:4 which states, "Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world."
Rev. Sanders was born in Bossier City, Louisiana and relocated to Grand Prairie, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin, in Human Development and Family Sciences. Upon answering her call to preach the Gospel, she matriculated at the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology, at Virginia Union University; earning a Master of Divinity degree. She has completed five units of Clinical Pastoral Education, in addition to being a certified pre and post-marital trainer for Prepare-Enrich workshops. She was licensed to preach on January 25, 2009 and ordained on October 31, 2009 by Rev. Dr. Dwight Riddick.
Rev. Sanders currently serves as a Captain in the United States Air Force Reserve, working as the Executive Officer of Public Affairs for Air Combat Command, as well as a Chaplain at Riverside Regional Medical Center. She is a Pastoral Care Instructor for the Evans-Smith Leadership Training Institute. She is an Associate Minister at Gethsemane Baptist Church. Under the leadership of Dr. Riddick she initiated the C3 Bereavement Ministry and serves as its ministry leader. Rev. Sanders is the founder of Heavenly Anointed Dance Ministry and a sought-after dance minister and workshop facilitator.
Rev. Sanders is grateful for the grace, mercy, and favor that God has bestowed upon her ministry. She is committed to using her gifts to impact lives, and fulfill every God-given assignment.
